Effective: September 2026

Birch Coffee respects your privacy and gives you choices about certain uses of your personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.” However, some disclosures of identifiers, online activity, or similar information to advertising and technology partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

You may use the control on this page to opt out of personal-information uses that may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

When your opt-out applies, Birch Coffee and the privacy tools integrated with our store will process your choice so that covered information is not used or disclosed for those purposes. This includes applicable advertising uses of Shopify Network Intelligence.

You do not need to create an account to exercise this choice, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Your choice may apply to the browser or device you are currently using. If you use a different browser or device, or clear certain browser data, you may need to make the choice again.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we also recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.

If GPC is enabled in your browser, the applicable opt-out may be processed automatically without requiring you to use the control on this page.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain information.
